The maker behind The Tiny Potter shaping clay on the wheel

The Maker

A studio of slow hands.

Every piece begins as a quiet morning at the wheel — a small studio bathed in west-facing light, hands deep in clay. I make in tiny batches because I want to know each piece before it leaves.

My glazes are mixed by hand from earthy oxides and feldspars. The drips, the speckles, the soft variations — those aren't flaws. They're the work telling you it was made by a person.

"My morning coffee feels different now. There's a quiet intentionality to drinking from something a person actually made."
